Your talents

• Providing and receiving constructive feedback gives you energy. You see it as an opportunity to enrich yourself and your team with new knowledge and insights on a daily basis. You will discuss and analyse product feedback with your team in the kitchen.
• You listen actively to the team and are able easily to distinguish between what is important and what is not, so that you can get to the heart of the matter.
• Applying a health dose of common sense and a touch of logical thinking, you are able to ensure that things run smoothly and up to quality in the kitchen.
• You are able to spot the needs of your team and display understanding for everyone with their own unique background.
• When things get really busy, you are able to change up a gear, keep your eye on what’s happening and set priorities.
• You can listen actively, get to the core of the matter and work on it.
• Your enthusiasm and open personality ensure that you are easy to approach for others. You are inquisitive by nature and like to share your knowledge with ‘newbies’ as you train them to become fully-fledged pizza troopers.

Practicalities

• A full-time contract of 38 hours
• Gross/net overtime compensation
• Flexible working hours
• Fair salary in line with PC 302, category 6
• Start date to be agreed upon
• Work location: Kleine Vismarkt 3, 9000 Ghent
